As a Virtual Account Manager (VAM), you are accountable for delivering quantifiable value to GBT Select Small clients throughout the customer life-cycle journey. This includes driving client adoption of GBT products and solutions, responding to customer queries, and coordinating GBT’s specialist resources to make it easy for clients to do business with Amex GBT. The VAM team operates a shared account management model where teamwork and collaboration is key. The overall goals are to ensure customers maximize the value from using Amex GBT services and solutions, and contribute to profitable growth for Amex GBT by driving incremental revenue across the client portfolio.

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
Experience in Account Management
Background in the business travel industry (TMC, Airline etc...)
Written Communication: Involves expressing yourself clearly, using language with precision
Verbal Communication: Use spoken words to get our message and information across to the other person
Written & verbal communication skills in Polish & English is a must have
Accountability: Willingness to accept responsibility or to account for one’s actions
Teamwork: Collaborating in a group to complete goal or task in an effective and efficient way
Time Management: The process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between different activities.
Self-motivation: The internal drive to achieve, produce, develop, and keep moving forward
Troubleshooting: A systematic approach to problem-solving
Organization: Keeping yourself organized when meeting deadlines, arriving on time and finding information as needed
Knowledge of American Express Global Business Travel products and processes preferred
