The HR Solutions Manager (Workday) plays a crucial role in supporting the Sr Director, People Solutions Experience by optimizing our HR technology footprint, ensuring optimal and seamless integration, functionality, and reporting across platforms. This role collaborates closely with stakeholders to translate their needs into business requirements, driving efficiency and effectiveness in HR processes. This role will also support strategic initiatives and contribute to the long-term roadmap and governance of HR technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate the implementation and support of the company's Human Resources Information Systems including Workday, MyServices and other point and integrated solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the HR systems meets the organization's needs and supports HR processes.

  • Collaborate with Business Leaders ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide support in developing and executing the long-term roadmap, contribute to the HR Solutions strategy and user experience, and governance of HR technology.

  • Engage in project management for HRIS-related initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Lead and partner with Workday analysts and COE’s to develop and enforce HRIS policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the effective use of the HRIS and troubleshoot any system-related issues.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR systems and technology to continuously improve the HRIS functionality.

  • Research configuration solutions and prototype design based on requirements and best practices and identify opportunities to streamline existing technology processes, reduce manual tasks, and maximize system capabilities.

  • Coordinate semi-annual release updates with internal and external partners to ensure seamless implementation.

  • Conducts regular audits to ensure data quality.

  • Lead reporting team for HR requests and data needs, supported by MyServices tiered capabilities.

  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support the Business and HR team.

  • Manage a team of 2+ direct reports, ensuring effective HR reporting, data and support, while collaborating closely with the Sr Director and business analysts (peers) to align team efforts with strategic goals.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and functional information to diverse audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proven project management skills with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • Ability to support strategic initiatives and contribute to long-term planning and governance of HR technology. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.

Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Proven experience in managing HRIS implementation and maintenance, preferably in a global organization.

  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with the ability to align them with HRIS capabilities.

  • Proficient in HRIS systems specifically Workday with Service Now being preferred

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management, with proficiency in Workday and other relevant systems.

  • Strong project management skills, with experience leading system implementations and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

  • Deep understanding of the Workday platform, including system design, complex configurations, dashboard development, business processes, and security.

  • Experience implementing multiple Workday modules and managing inter-system data transfers and integrations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams

  • Manage a team of 2 direct reports.

  • Collaborate with Internal COEs and GBS Teams to align HRIS functionalities with business needs.
