Job Summary
Business Planning Manager is responsible for leading data architecture, reporting, and business planning efforts within the organization. This role involves managing complex data environments, streamlining reporting processes, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment to drive data-driven decision-making.
Key responsibilities include overseeing the development and automation of data reports and improving business processes through the use of automation tools. The Business Planning Manager will work closely with executive leadership to provide actionable insights through advanced reporting and data visualization.
In addition to technical responsibilities, the role includes project management, budgeting, and collaboration with multiple teams, including supply chain, sales, and customer analytics, to ensure that organizational goals are met efficiently.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of data architecture and reporting for the organization.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align data architecture and reporting with business objectives.
Develop and present executive-level reports and dashboards to drive decision-making.
Standardize data inputs from various sources, ensuring consistency and reliability across the organization.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency in data management, supply chain operations, and forecasting.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157,850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
