About the Role:
Matterport is looking for a Senior Director, Sales Enablement who will build, lead and scale the training and enablement programs for its Global Revenue Organization. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic senior leader with deep expertise in sales and services enablement functions.
The Senior Director of Sales Enablement will act in integrating role between various functions including Sales, Sales Operations, Product/Engineering, Product marketing, and HR. This position is responsible for leading the Sales Enablement initiatives for the sales team to increase sales productivity and support the sales team. To be successful in this role, you must possess a positive, engaging, and goal-oriented management style and must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
