该总监将指导对内传讯经理识别沟通平台、分发和沟通流程的持续改进机会,确保高质量的双语信息开发和创意设计。该总监将确保对内传讯团队与度假区其他业务线的关键内部业务伙伴(特别是人力资源和运营团队)建立强大的协同关系。
企业社会责任与社区关系团队的总体任务是依托度假区的品牌声誉和资源,创建和实施富有吸引力的社区、企业社会责任和慈善项目与活动,以满足关键社会需求,同时契合当地政策及迪士尼全球公民主题。这些举措主要聚焦于以仁爱、无障碍、环境保护和创意为主题的项目上。

Purpose and Objective of the Position:
The Director, Internal Communications, Citizenship and Community Relations is responsible for developing and implementing Shanghai Disney Resort’s overall strategy for both Cast (employee) communications and Citizenship and Community Relations, to promote the resort’s brand reputation and engagement with employees and the community where the resort operates. The Director will develop strategies to leverage the resort’s resources to support key Disney corporate citizenship priorities The Director will also manage the resort’s employee Ambassador team.
The Director will also have overall management responsibility for leading these teams, which are key parts of the Public Affairs and Communications team. The Director will report to the Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications, and will work closely with counterparts at Disney Experiences, Walt Disney Imagineering Shanghai, and with local partners and stakeholders as needed.
The overall mandate of the Internal Communications team is to provide compelling online and offline engagement opportunities and creative content in both English and Chinese to inform, inspire, educate and entertain the resort’s Cast members. The team will leverage visual and creative assets over key communication platforms such as the company’s digital employee APP and employee internal broadcast platforms. The team is also responsible for identifying and supporting key offline employee communication engagements including the annual professional Cast employee town hall.
The Director will guide the Internal Communication Manager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of communication platforms, distribution, and communications process, ensure high quality bilingual message development and creative designs. The Director will ensure the Internal Communications team builds strong synergies and cooperative relations with key internal business partners from other resort business lines, particularly with the HR and Operations teams.
The overall mandate of the Citizenship, Community Relations team is to leverage the resort’s brand reputation and resources to create and deliver compelling community, citizenship and philanthropic programs and engagements which address key community needs aligned with local policies and Disney’s global citizenship themes. These efforts are primarily focused on programs themed towards compassion, accessibility, the environment and creativity.
The Director will guide the Citizenship & Community Relations manager to develop strategic programs in partnership with local and international non-governmental organizations (NGO’s), which can amplify and maximize their community impact. These include programs which leverage employee volunteers to engage in community activities.
While the Director will be responsible for two distinct teams, she/he should also explore synergies between these teams and with other Public Affairs and Communications teams to maximize the impacts of programs and initiatives.
The Director will also manage the resort’s employee Ambassadors. The resort Ambassadors play a key role in engaging with fellow Cast and Imagineers, representing the resort in external community engagement and engaging as employee representatives in key internal and external milestone events and campaigns.
