Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the team in designing, building, and configuring applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Manage the team and make key decisions to ensure the successful delivery of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related queries and issues. - Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring the team performs at its best. - Ensure the applications meet the required quality standards and adhere to best practices. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Continuously improve the application development process and identify areas for optimization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its various features and functionalities. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and high-performance applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Hands-on experience in implementing complex business logic and workflows using Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Solid grasp of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration. - Good understanding of Salesforce security and access controls. - Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System. - Experience with Salesforce DX and version control systems like Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
