The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Information Security Analyst for one of our key DHS programs. The HEITS program provides program management, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), systems engineering, training, information assurance, Internet Protocol version 4 (IPv4) to IPv6 transition (and beyond), and cloud computing (including classified) capabilities and services.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage proper accountability, handling, storage, packaging, shipment, and administration of all COMSEC equipment and materials.

  • Maintain accountability of all incoming/ outgoing transfers, signed receipts, and hand receipts.

  • Ensure proper accountability of all COMSEC material and EKMS disposition records are current and up-to-date. 

  • Ensure maximum COMSEC safeguards are in place.

  • Perform Over-The-Air-Transfer (OTAT) of keymat to remote sites using Secure Terminal Equipment (STE). 

  • Conduct initial and refresher training of all COMSEC users.

  • Administer initial COMSEC/CRYPTO briefings and debriefings to individual users; maintaining concise records to reflect changes.

  • Perform Semi-Annual COMSEC inventories.

  • Review annually the requirement for COMSEC material.

  • Issue COMSEC materials to user activities. 

  • Provide technical and administrative support to COMSEC equipment holders, ensuring proper handling and documentation of policies and procedures.

  • Ensure COMSEC element accounts comply with NSA policies.

  • Update and maintain all SOP’s for COMSEC activities.

  • Develop and conduct COMSEC training for users and local elements.

  • Assist program management in the interpretation, application, and compliance in accordance with NSA/CNSSI COMSEC Manuals.

  • Participate in government agency audits, reviews, and inspections.


Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI Clearance

  • Experience information assurance, cyber security engineering, RMF, and ICD 503 Security Accreditation process.

  • Experience in cross domain solutions in secure file transfers

  • Knowledge of Agile and industry best practices.

  • Education and Experience Level: High School Diploma with 10-14 years of experience; Bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience; or a Master’s degree with 2-4 years of experience.



Desired:

• Experienced with various security tools and processes such as Splunk, Nessus Security Center, Appdetective, WebInspect, Xacta.

• IT Certifications such as Security +, CISSP, etc.

• SAFe® certified.

• ITIL® v4 equivalent.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$61,600 - $129,300
