Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Role Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Network Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a minimum of 15 years of experience in designing, architecting, and automating enterprise-scale network infrastructures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in network and security standards, deployment and upgrade strategies, and capacity planning. This role requires strong client and team management skills, with a focus on delivering scalable and secure network solutions.
Must Have Skills:
- Network architecture and design for large-scale enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of network security principles, segmentation, and compliance
- Cisco Meraki and traditional network technologies (e.g., MPLS, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, VXLAN)
- Automation and scripting (Python, Shell, Ansible)
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
- Network monitoring and performance analysis tools
- Experience in deployment, upgrades, and capacity planning
Good to Have Skills:
- Cloud networking experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git)

- Lead the design and architecture of secure and scalable network infrastructures
- Oversee deployment, upgrades, and capacity planning initiatives
- Drive automation strategies and develop reusable scripts and workflows
- Ensure adherence to network and security standards and compliance requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of network engineers and SREs
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication and expectation management
- Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices
Technical Experience:
Minimum of 15 years of experience in network engineering, including leadership in architecture, automation, and client-facing roles. Proven track record in managing complex network environments and delivering high-impact solutions.
Professional Attributes:
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage teams and client relationships effectively.
Educational Qualification and Certification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certifications such as CCIE, Meraki CMNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
