Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior SME - Server to provide expert guidance and support for Digital Banking infrastructure and application environments. The role focuses on middleware, server optimization, and integration support, with an emphasis on modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and Full-Stack application deployment. The ideal candidate will combine deep server knowledge with hands-on experience in Java/Spring Boot applications and enterprise web content management systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support and guidance for server and middleware environments in Digital Banking.
• Deploy, configure, and optimize applications using Java and Spring Boot on HPUX, Linux, and Solaris servers.
• Support containerized environments using Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment, builds, and testing.
• Collaborate with development teams on Full-Stack and Spring Batch applications.
• Manage middleware platforms such as WebLogic and application integration tools like Camel (CXF).
• Troubleshoot server, application, and database issues in Oracle environments.
• Contribute to Web Content Management (WCM) projects using AEM Forms/Sites or TeamSite.
• Support performance tuning, automation, and optimization initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance for complex deployments.

Required Skills:

• 6-9 years of experience in server/middleware support and application deployment.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Experience with HPUX, Linux, and Solaris environments.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and operational support skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker/CICD pipelines.
• Full-Stack application development knowledge.
• Experience with Spring Batch, JSP, JavaScript, React, XML, SQL, CSS, and Unix scripting.
• Exposure to AEM Forms/Sites, TeamSite, or other Web Content Management (WCM) platforms.
• Prior experience in Digital Banking projects and enterprise workflow systems.
• Automation and performance tuning expertise for large-scale environments.
