Principal SaaS Technical Program Manager

Description -

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic technical programs that enable partners to adopt and integrate HP's Workforce Experience Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments, with expertise in cloud technologies and API integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic technical programs to enable partners in adopting and integrating HP's Workforce Experience Platform.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify, document, and prioritize technical requirements for successful platform integration and deployment.
  • Create and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication between HP's engineering teams and partner organizations to ensure alignment on technical objectives.
  • Oversee the development of technical documentation, APIs, and integration tools to support partner needs.
  • Monitor program progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in partner enablement processes and tools


Education & Experience Recommended

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, API integrations, and modern software development practices
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and business audiences

The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
