What you will do:

Join our team as a Production Team Leader in Assembly - 2nd shift (Onsite) We are seeking a hands-on people leader to manage a team of 40+ associates, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence on our production floor. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while also supporting team building, employee engagement, new product launches, and effective capacity and production planning.

Schedule Information:

  • Days:   Monday – Thursday
  • Hours: 4pm- 2:30am (4 X10s)

.Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 40+ associates, promoting engagement, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Allocate resources effectively based on production schedules and standards.
  • Identify, lead, and execute cost reduction initiatives to meet financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with other business unit leaders on projects and operational initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report production metrics to forecast business needs.
  • Participate in daily management meetings and communicate business results clearly across all levels.
  • Drive continuous improvement through teamwork, consultative problem-solving, and operational excellence.

What you need:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 6 years of equivalent experience
  • 4 years of proven leadership experience in manufacturing or operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP/MRP system

  

 

United States of America Pay Ranges:

USN: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
