We are looking for a committed and responsible Customer Support specialist to support our business unit in Austria. You will take full responsibility for the timely and accurate invoice preparation of our service orders.

How You Will Do It

  • Independently prepare outgoing invoices according to the agreed pricing structure.
  • Proactively monitor orders in the ERP system to ensure efficient billing.
  • Maintain up-to-date master data (customer data, price lists).
  • Act as an interface between Controlling, Service Coordinators, and Team Leaders to optimize processes.
  • Ensure audit-proof documentation and drive continuous improvement of billing workflows.

What We Look For

  • Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
  • Very good German skills (spoken & written)
  • Experience with billing welcome
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Reliable, structured, and independent working style
  • Customer‑friendly attitude and good organizational skills
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a team
