Main resource of flat blade and rubber product technology for the Juarez production Plant.

Responsible with support of appropiate departments for defining and improving flat blade and runbber product.

Main contract for obtaining and maintining rubber product information both internally with production and extyernally with suppliers and other VALEO sourcesof expertise such as Issore or Bietigheim.

Site leader in resolving all plant issues involving rubber product design and Flat Wipers Blade design. This will include issues related to rubber interaction with blade structure or system application.

Site leader in developing and maintaining standarization of profile and rubber productdefinition in collaboration with other VALEO rubber production Sites.

Support in branch standarization and implemantation of second generation flatblade.

Involved or leads when appropiate al PSG's and QRQC's involving flat blade and /or rubber issues

Direct role in resolving all Engineering incident Reports involving flat blade and /or rubber.
