Junior Consulting Analyst, Talent & Transformation

We’re looking for a passionate Junior Consulting Analyst, Talent & Transformation to join our team in Poland. You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting projects, especially on Polish market (Polish-speaking), as well as across Europe.

We will rely on you to:
- Support the coordination and delivery of Employee Experience projects for leading organizations across industries
- Track progress in projects, and help ensure high-quality project execution from survey setup to results delivery
- Develop and refine presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Support business development initiatives, including market research, proposal preparation, and client outreach
- Work closely with project leads and lead consultants to ensure timely and successful project execution
- Gain valuable experience working on real projects with leading organizations

What you need to have:
- Fluency in both Polish and English is essential. Fluency in other European languages would be a bonus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) is essential.
