ABOUT THE JOB:
- The primary purpose of this role is to provide BA for key People and Culture technology solutions (Workday, SAP, Success Factors, ServiceNow HR) and Rally.
- The role will work across the People technology landscape to:
- Support key People System activities typically in all Workday modules, Workday/SAP integrations, SAP / SF
- Keeping/sustaining activities of the current platforms in the lead up to Workday implementation.
- Apply relevant business knowledge and experience to understand, influence and define business requirements from key stakeholders for the purpose of successful Workday applications in all or key modules such as Time and Absence, Benefits, Recruitment and onboarding.
- Supports end to end functional activities of SAP/SF/Workday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1st point of support in resolving Workday related requests assigned to P&C systems team via Service NAB or CCP.
- Triage case and resolving queries that is resolvable at business end (typically related to business process, reassignment, rescinds, corrections, accruals calculation issues, not able to apply for a particular leave type, etc)
- Ensuring data lineage between People systems are aligned and look for opportunities to improve/streamline processes
- Reviewing cases that comes through daily, identify issues and patterns of work and work through changes where required with business and technical team for all Workday / People System issues.
- Define, collate and analysis of data and requirements
- Supports activities from discovery through to implementation; including writing stories, process mapping, support testing activities
- Run stand ups and maintain relevant Kanban boards
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Professional Level Knowledge and Experience:
- At least 5+ years of business analysis skills in the area of HR and Payroll using Tier 1 Enterprise Applications preferably Workday and SAP. Additional Success Factors experience is an advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements, create test scenarios and scripts that tie back to requirements.
- Record and classify the severity of testing defects
- Ability to analyse data, reconcile sets of data from multiple sources and present it in a manner that can be easily understood.
- Facilitate the progress and close out of defects resulting from testing, by co-ordinating with multiple teams
- Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery
- Effective communication skills with the ability to synthetise data and communicate findings in a meaningful way
