Role Summary

As Influencer Strategist you’ll be a strategic influencer leader in charge of building and scaling micro‑influencer programs that drive measurable business impact. You’ll combine data‑driven discovery, audience and market insights, and on‑the‑ground cultural understanding to recommend the right creators for each brief, then manage them from outreach through content delivery, optimization, and performance reporting. (Structured per our internal JD guidelines for clarity and consistency. Assess and monitor performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets.

  • Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, when needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

  • Requires minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual English – Spanish C1 to native speakers only.

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer or social media marketing, with a strong focus on micro‑influencer programs across multiple markets.

  • Proven ability to translate insights into influencer selection frameworks and actionable recommendations.

  • Expertise in influencer discovery and vetting platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr, GRIN, Tagger).

  • Strong knowledge of social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprout Social).

  • Demonstrated experience in usage rights and compliance with disclosure regulations.

  • Advanced analytical skills for KPI design, performance measurement, and ROI storytelling.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior marketing leaders.

  • Ability to lead teams and coordinate efforts to meet client expectations and priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Any of these languages: Portuguese, Canadian French.

  • Experience across beauty, lifestyle, CPG, or retail categories and familiarity with marketplace environments.

  • Hands‑on experience with UGC orchestration and creative briefing for influencer content.

  • Knowledge of paid amplification strategies (whitelisting, Spark Ads, Branded Content Ads).

  • Familiarity with market localization practices and cultural nuance in influencer selection.

  • Understanding of Brand Fit / Audience Fit methodologies for influencer alignment.

  • Any of these languages: Portuguese, Canadian French.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaigns (on/offline marketing) ideally in the client’s industry.

  • Ability to craft verbal and written marketing strategic recommendations and guidance.

  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

  • Proven experience in social media management, including strategy development and execution.

  • Experience working within project management and CRM software

  • Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies.
