The Associate Regional Manager (ARM) is responsible for leading and managing a small team of 3 to 4 sales representatives within a specific geographic region while also achieving their individual sales objectives. Key responsibilities include selling, hiring, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring sales performance, training and mentoring sales team members, and collaborating with other departments to ensure overall sales success. The ARM plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within their designated region.
Year 1 on-target earnings between $140,000-150,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses!
