Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of deliverables within the defined scope.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and address concerns.
- Support the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- Strong understanding of data governance and enterprise data management principles.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies to track and control deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable outcomes.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
