The Parts Sales Director is a key leadership role responsible for driving growth in the Transactional and MMP Parts segments across MENA region and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Parts Sales Managers, including career development and customer service excellence.
- Partner with Account Managers, Region Sales Directors, and ITR Leaders to deliver orders, CM, convertible orders, and pricing targets.
- Maintain a best-in-class Parts ITO process, ensuring on-time proposals, efficient quote cycles, pricing optimization, and Policy 5.0 compliance.
- Develop and execute strategies for mega and major deals, supporting the full deal lifecycle.
- Build accurate long-range forecasts for Capital Parts, with emphasis on mega deals, to support Demand Management Reviews.
- Manage a robust pipeline to drive growth, progression, and forecast accuracy.
- Resolve major customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Parts Fulfillment, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Region ITR.
- Drive Parts campaigns and regain initiatives across the region.
- Drive LEAN, standard work, and continuous improvement across Parts Sales processes.
- Partner with Parts Fulfillment and Product Management to capture competitive intelligence and VOC and translate them into new offerings and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation services in a commercial, customer service, operations, or marketing role.
- Strong domain expertise in aftermarket parts, including knowledge of operating processes and systems.
