Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Familiarity with application deployment and management in cloud environments. - Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
