The Hitachi Energy Indian Operations Center (INOPC) is a competence center with around 2600+ skilled engineers who focus on tendering, engineering, planning, procurement, project Management, functional system testing, installation supervision, documentation and commissioning. Mission Statement:

As Frame Agreements Support Specialist, within the Transformers Sales Operations team, you will be responsible to create and maintain updated all the necessary training material related to Frame Agreements and Recurring Business process, mainly focused on Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Power-BI tools. Additionally, you will be the key person to assure an effective alignment and communication between the BU, HUBs, and Frame Agreements Owners.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Transformers Sales Operations team on creating all the necessary training material related to track Frame Agreements in SFDC, covering the end-to-end process.  

  • Develop the training material in different formats, as word/power point/pdf documents, and short self-explicative videos.

  • Update the Frame Agreements training documentation, develop and standardize the training material and make it accessible to the organization through our SharePoint.

  • Make sure that the necessary alignment is done with the different HUB Sales Operations team, the BU Operational Analyst and the CPQ lead in relation to the training needed and the process described on the material, being responsible to organize and coordinate meetings and agreed with the content.

  • To guide, provide the necessary support and follow-up with the end-users, clarifying how to follow the Frame Agreements guidelines in SFDC, being responsible for the coordination between our Business Unit and the Frame Agreements owners, ensuring that processes in SFDC are correctly filled out.

  • To ensure that all Frame Agreements, including all the status (open, bidding, under negotiation, won, lost) are correctly reflected in SFDC, as well as the FA/RB call-offs that are already in execution.  

  • Reviews and ensures conformance with global and local M&S standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes supporting implementation and monitoring of utilization of M&S processes & tools.

  • Defines Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring Frame Agreements. 

  • To understand and create PowerBI Dahsboards to track the Frame Agreements business and to develop the necessary training materials/videos on how to use it.

  • Create/Update an onboarding SFDC training information package focused on Frame Agreements and Recurring Business to be shared with the new joiners of the Business Unit Transformers team.

Your Background:

  • A degree from university in Administration, Engineering, or other relevant education.

  • The most important aspect to succeed in the role is to have the right attitude and effective communication skills, both with people from inside and outside of the organization.

  • Experience with formatting and preparing training material is required.

  • Candidate should be driven, well organized, communicative and have passion for training and developing people.

  • To understand the different sales tools that we are using in the business unit, such as SFDC/Conga, CPQ, Powershop, e-config and the different configurators (Nextra, Camos, e-config).

  • To have a good understanding of the Frame Agreements / Recurring Business (FA/RB) process and the ability to understand users’ difficulties, to guide them in the best way so secure a successful data entry and follow-up in the system.

  • Basic knowledge on the booking process in SAP 4/Hana, mainly to know which information will come from the sales tools directly into the SAP when booking an order.

  • Knowledge on PowerBI.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written is must.
