What will you do?

In this position you will join the Winning Work Team where you will play an important part as you will manage, develop and consolidate strategic proposals to grow our revenue pipeline. This includes generating and editing non-technical content and contributing to the commercial offers of the business.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

• Support the Portfolio Leaders in providing Winning Work services within allocated portfolios.
• Champion the Aurecon Methodology and provide experienced bid management services.
• Lead winning proposal strategies and apply Aurecon tools and systems to win work.
• Support submission development and manage the interface and discussion between internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve systems and processes for Opportunity Management that includes providing advanced analytics; Provide technical and non-technical writing, editing, & proofreading; Participate in business improvement initiatives related to Winning Work.

We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. It is also highly preferable if you have APMP certification or any higher level accreditation that you can leverage on when it comes to developing and demonstrating proposal management.
