👩‍💻The role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Retention Marketing to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will focus on retention, engagement, and CRM. As part of the role, you will drive increased usage of Headout leading to more experiences per customer and maximizing customer lifetime value (LTV).

🎯What skills do you need?

  • 5+ years experience in CRM, retention and engagement marketing roles within fast-growing B2C consumer tech companies (e-commerce, OTAs, etc.)
  • Creative problem-solving skills, including working within tight budgets
  • Strong background in operational, growth marketing, and community/content strategies
  • Proficiency with platforms like MoEngage, Clevertap, or WebEngage
  • Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
