Responsibilities

• Define the system development cycle and define the process, practices and tools applicable to the  project based on Engineering Department Process and tailored based on project specific constraints.

• Coordinate with Installation, Manufacturing, Hardware and Software teams in order to complete the Project tasks on time

• In-charge of all internal reviews defined in Engineering Department Process from design stage to validation and acceptance stage

• In-charge of the communication for the technical issue and project progress with the customer

• Take lead in the Interface Management and all System Engineering works in the project

• Raise the needs in term of SE resources to Head of Discipline

• Raise alerts regarding method to Project Manager and Head of Discipline

Requirements

• Degree in Electronic / Computer Science/ IT or related descipline

• At least 5 years experience in SCADA, BMS System or any other Control System Design or Test and Commissioning is required

• Basic Knowledge on Linux OS is required

• Basic Knowledge on Networking is required

• Capacity to work in an multiple stakeholders project : prime, partenaire, sub-contractor, customer

• Self-driven with good interpersonal skills, analytical & problem solving skills

• Good command of both Chinese & English; Mandarin is an advantage

• IEC6 2443 standard (Cybersecurity) EN50126 understanding

Desirable

• Experience in Requirement Management

• Experience in Interface Coordination

• Basic Knowledge on programming function and logic

• Knowledge on the standard communication protocol (i.e. Modbus, CIP, IEC-104 etc.)

• Knowledge on the virtualization or docker

• Knowledge on the use of DOORS, Polarion and JIRA
