Job Description:

SUMMARY:
Responsible for slot machine bill acceptor pick-up and slot coin drop pick-up, weighing, wrapping, counting of table games and slot machine currency, tickets, and coupons as applicable. Responsible for verification, strapping, balancing, and transferring of currency and coin drops to the main bank vault and assisting in the reconciliation of the table games slot drop and slot coin drop.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
Interacts effectively with the public and Team Members. Perform excellent customer service at all time.

Assists in slot drop pickups, weighing, wrapping, counting, balancing, and transferring of the slot/table games drops to the main bank/vault.

Follows exact policies and procedures.

Works with Team Members in highly secured/monitored areas.

Maintains equipment in good working order and notifies leads with problems in a timely manner.

Makes minor repairs to slot smart boxes, including tightening screws and changing locks.

Fills out problem logs as they occur.

Reads slot machine meters forwarding paperwork to the Revenue Audit Department.

Ensures a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness of the drops/counts.

Maintains a consistent and regular attendance record.

Performs any reasonable request made by management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to work well with others. Must possess strong math skills.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to comprehend basic instructions furnished in oral, written or diagram form. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense reasoning to a variety of situations.
