Your Role

We are seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and modern front-end technologies. This role focuses on building scalable, responsive, and accessible web interfaces, maintaining a unified design system, and integrating seamlessly with AEM-powered digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-performance web interfaces using React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Build and integrate front-end components into AEM using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models, and ClientLibs.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert designs into scalable and reusable components.
• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work closely with back-end engineers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and AEM content structures.
• Document and promote design system guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and collaborative brainstorming sessions.
• Implement unit testing using frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
• Use build tools like Webpack, Babel, and CI/CD pipelines to streamline development.

The Experience You Bring

• 7+ years of front-end development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
• Expertise in React, SASS, and design system development.
• Deep experience with HTL (Sightly), AEM components, templates, and client libraries.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
• Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, and other front-end build tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Proficient in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Passionate innovator with a growth mindset and engineering empathy.
• Comfortable working in a global, multi-cultural environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by the role.
