Your Work Shapes the World at Caterpillar Inc.
When you join Caterpillar, you're joining a global team who cares not just about the work we do – but also about each other. We are the makers, problem solvers, and future world builders who are creating stronger, more sustainable communities. We don't just talk about progress and innovation here – we make it happen, with our customers, where we work and live. Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.
We are seeking an expert and results-driven Condition Monitoring leader to supervise and manage a team of Condition Monitoring Advisors (CMAs) responsible for improving the health, reliability, and performance of Caterpillar equipment fleets. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in large mining, construction, or waste‑handling equipment who is ready to lead people while remaining closely connected to real‑world operations and customer outcomes.
In this position, you will lead daily CMA activities, working directly with dealers, customers, and internal partners to maximize machine availability, reduce total cost of ownership (TCO), and minimize unplanned downtime. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality maintenance and repair recommendations, oversee monitored fleet performance metrics, and drive consistent execution across the team. Unlike traditional leadership roles removed from operations, this position remains actively engaged in technical problem‑solving and customer collaboration.
Additionally, the role is accountable for advancing condition monitoring processes, analytics, and tools while supporting CMA development, utilization, and team growth. By combining technical expertise, people leadership, and a strong customer focus, this role delivers measurable improvements in fleet reliability, operational performance, and overall value to Caterpillar customers.
