About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet staffing needs across Art and Wellness Enterprises (AWE) and its diverse, complex portfolio of supported organizations spanning healthcare, arts, education, and philanthropy. This role collaborates closely with hiring managers, search committees, and People Services to understand hiring needs, provide full-cycle recruitment support, develop effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a trusted recruitment partner by consulting with leaders throughout the hiring process, developing recruitment strategies for assigned areas, and maintaining a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates to support evolving organizational needs. This role requires a proactive and agile approach to keep pace with rapidly evolving organizational needs while balancing multiple searches and providing guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Success in this role requires strong relationship-building and communication skills, sound judgment, exceptional organizational abilities, and the ability to balance consultative partnership with operational execution. The ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities, develop effective sourcing strategies, provide practical recruitment guidance, and deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment is essential.

Work Environment: Work is performed on-site (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) in a professional, climate-controlled office environment with standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and telephones. This role requires working in an open setting near colleagues. The noise level is typically low to moderate. The role also requires regular interaction with both the public and internal team members in a professional and courteous manner. Some travel will be required, including overnight trips on occasion. A flexible schedule may be necessary to accommodate business needs, including occasional evening and weekend work hours.
