About the role:
In a Project Management – Technology role, you’ll use best-in-breed PM tools to help us deliver products that will change the world of fintech. This will include overseeing the development of new products and services as well as new internal information systems and applications, new technology integrations, and infrastructure build-outs.

About the team:

• Provide project management for large financial institutions supporting core implementations

• Client facing and focused on excellent client experience

• Follows CX PMO standards as appropriate

What you will be doing:

• Managing medium to large projects involving any combination of customization, upgrades or conversions. 

• Managing teams of developers, testers, business analysts with both detailed and overall direction on the project.

• Working with stakeholders to ensure excellent communications and experience

• The single point of contact for stakeholders.

• Provides status reporting and steering committee updates timely. 

• Working with product development, sales, client relationship teams, technology solutions, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.

• Managing project risk and assisting with problem resolution.

• Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams.

What you will need:

• Experience with FIS large customer core software applications, Systematics and Profile

• Flexibility in an ever changing environment

• Ability to communicate with all levels of management.  

• Proactive approach to issues and escalations. 

• Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.

• Advanced skills with project management software.

• A bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience – PMP (Project Management Professional) certification may be required.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $99,830.00 - $167,700.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
