This role is based out of our LA, CA office. We currently follow a two-day in-office work week, with flexibility.
Manager, Account Management
We are seeking a seasoned, innovative advertising Manager of Account Management to operate as the “front door” of our agency and act as a go-between for our agency creative team and our partners (“clients”). Your responsibilities will include determining the client's needs, explaining the creative process, recommending solutions, and working closely with project management to ensure a timely execution of all campaigns/projects.
To be a successful advertising Manager, you should be self-motivated, and solutions oriented, you should have “big picture” thinking and the ability to inspire the creative team to exceed the partner’s expectations while expertly managing their campaigns and projects. Ultimately, a top-class advertising Manager is strategic, detail-oriented, organized and driven.
This position should feel confident developing campaigns and strategies, proactively partnering with marketing counterparts for quarterly planning of ongoing and seasonal full-funnel campaigns, and ensuring on-time delivery of assets to aligned objectives and KPIs.
Must be conversant in assessing creative briefs and communicating client strategy to the creative team. The ideal candidate will successfully navigate the demands of business, creative/brand, and technology to help elevate the quality and scale of Walmart creative.

The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
