What You Will Be Doing

The Titleist Golf Ball Product Management team is looking for a summer MBA intern reporting to the Senior Manager, Golf Ball Product Management.  The intern will be heavily integrated into the daily responsibilities of the Product Management team.  This will include the opportunity to be immersed into the Research & Development process, gain an understanding of Golf Ball manufacturing and form connections with Titleist associates in all key areas of the Golf Ball business.  The MBA intern will support the Business Planning and Leadership Team on key designated projects summarized below:

2027 Product Launch Execution: Work closely with team on executing the product seeding launch initiatives including communication on strategic alignment with Operations, Global Markets and Sales. Work with Product Management team to assist in preparation for summer launch presentations for Global Marketing team. 

Titleist Golf Ball Share Strategic Vision: Analyze the current US golf ball share environment.  Identify strengths and weaknesses of the Titleist brand by price segment and channel.  Establish longer term total brand share goals by on and off course channels. Evaluate opportunities for future success inclusive of our AIM strategy for the 2028-2030 launches and prepare a recommendation to be presented to management.

What You Will Bring

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience and actively pursuing a Master’s level Business degree. Preference for MBA candidates.

• Passion for strategic analysis, digital marketing, supply-chain innovation and product creation 

• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator a plus

• Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment with high business acumen

• Strong attention to detail and project management skills

• Avid golfer or experience/familiarity with golf strong preferred

Compensation: $30/hr

Location and Duration

• Hybrid, Based out of Fairhaven, MA

• June- August 2026
