Job Description

Provides support to Men's Tennis Head Coach in daily team operations including:

• Supporting team practices by running technique-based drills, conditioning and strength training.
• Supporting team matches with on-court coaching, equipment maintenance and water/snacks.
• Supports recruiting efforts by reaching out to potential recruits and organizing recruiting events.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• An extensive tennis background including competing at the collegiate level (NAIA preferred).
• Tennis coaching experience (collegiate or club)
• Bachelor's degree
• Basic computer and administrative skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams)
