Translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent.

Summary:
As a User Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and refining prototypes that enhance user interactions with software applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional prototypes, ensuring that the user experience is both intuitive and engaging. You will balance technical feasibility with design intent, working diligently to deliver solutions that meet user needs and expectations while adhering to project timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that prototypes are implemented accurately and effectively.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in User Experience (UX) Design.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with user research methodologies.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in User Experience (UX) Design.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
