Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our WIRM® (Worker Injury Risk Management ) Team. This role will be based in Hong Kong:

We will count on you to:

  • Run an injury rehabilitation programme based on Marsh’s own innovative model and work with a team of insurance professionals in Marsh

  • Provide high standard and timely case management services in accordance with the agreed Business Protocols of the clients and/or any specific services standards

  • Raise the profile of Marsh’s WIRM® servicing – both internal and external, e.g. to attend regular meetings, prepare case management analysis and present the current trend with clients

  • Responsible for coordinating Personal Injury/Employees’ Compensation Case Management

  • Communicate and liaise with injured person, employers, Government Departments, doctors, medical/rehab services partners and insurers

  • Assist in improving quality and efficiency of work, including workflow, claims system, and claims reports within Marsh WIRM® Practice

  • Actively follow up injured’s rehab progress regularly and update Marsh web based digital system to ensure there is no delay

  • Manage Marsh’s clients account on Case Management side independently

  • Assist in improving quality and efficiency of Case Management work, including workflow, web based digital system, rehab status reports and medical panel recruitment within Marsh WIRM® Practice


What you need to have:

  • Tertiary qualification in health or para-medical area i.e. physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy etc.

  • At least 4 years relevant experience

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in speaking Putonghua is an advantage

  • Good knowledge of injuries management and recovery processes

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Good interpersonal and relationship development skills

  • Good knowledge of Employees’ Compensation Ordinance

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • PC literate in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
