The Position

We are looking for a seasoned IT delivery lead to join our team and drive the delivery of digital products and solutions in the Patient Access business domain. What will you do?

• Lead agile squads to implement, roll-out, evolve, and operate Patient Access products based on the vision and roadmap provided by the product owners.
• Drive implementation of AI augmentation throughout the engineering pipeline to maximize automation and drive efficiency.
• Ensure product quality, security, and operability as well as the cost efficiency of the delivery squads.
• Collaborate with product line leads, product owners, and architects to understand business value and priorities, scope and design solutions, and estimate and plan delivery.
• Lead squad teams of external analysts, engineers, testers, and release managers to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant project completion.
• Maintain open and clear communication channels between various teams involved in project delivery.
• Provide regular status updates, progress reports, and escalation paths to stakeholders.
• Establish the team and processes to deliver high-quality releases of several applications that meet established product and technology roadmap timelines.
• Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Recruit and retain a high-performing team.
• Provide regular performance communication, mentorship, and coaching for staff.
• Participate in the technical strategy of new features and assist teams in producing design artifacts as needed.
• Collaborate on developing AI-driven methods and processes in an Agile environment.
• Continuously assess and refine project delivery processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's technology landscape and IT capabilities.
• Monitor and evaluate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and adhere to best practices.
• Work with approved vendors to extract future technology direction, understand market trends, and form strategic partnerships.
• Assist teams in removing obstacles and ensure the overall success of product deliverables.
• Provide a culture supportive of optimal individual contribution and teamwork.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• Background in computer science, Information Technology, or related work experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in IT delivery (5+ years).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems, think critically, and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and emerging technologies.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience in effort and cost estimation and team sizing.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving project objectives.
• Proactive and capable of taking the initiative to drive projects forward.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Salesforce CRM implementation.
   

Nice to have

• Understanding of commercial business processes in healthcare: Market Access, Product Launch & Pricing, Gross-to-Net, Commercial Trade Channels, Parallel Trade, Patient Access.
• Experience with the following technologies: Salesforce HealthCloud and Experience Cloud, AWS, Microsoft PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Databricks, Google Gemini Enterprise, Appian BPM, SAP Commerce Cloud, Sharepoint.
• Experience with system and data integration, master data management, data migration, reporting and analytics.
• Experience working in a global diverse environment.
• Hands-on development background.
• Use of AI and GenAI to automate and streamline business and IT delivery processes.
