What you'll do...

As a Manager, Program Manager (Channel Partnerships), you will be central to the continued growth, efficiency, and success of Walmart Marketplace Channel Partnerships. This role requires an exceptional individual who is a problem solver, detail-oriented, self-starter, and can build strong relationships across teams and individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, ability to understand data and derive insights, and coordinate communication across teams and with leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Using knowledge and experience of the business to determine what activities must be done by serving as subject matter expert.
• Communicating project status, details, timelines, and available resources via ongoing Reporting to Internal and External stakeholders.
• Identifying and addressing improvement opportunities of new or existing operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements.
• Supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Provides decision support by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
• Conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, making recommendations based on data and observation.
• Developing and implementing scorecards and other tracking mechanisms and ensuring successful completion of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, eCommerce, and/or Marketplace Management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
• Familiarity with APIs and Solution Providers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot is a plus
