What this job involves:

JLL is seeking talented and flexible Casual Facilities Managers to join our dynamic FM on Demand team, we are seeking people across NSW and VIC. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage diverse facility operations, providing crucial support to our clients across a wide range of properties for both short-term and long-term engagements on an as needed basis.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and service delivery

  • Ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards

  • Oversee planned and non-routine maintenance

  • Manage third-party supplier relationships

  • Assist in budget management

  • Contribute to sustainability initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years property management experience or 5+ years in related field

  • FM or Technical qualifications preferred

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

  • Experience in managing critical environments

  • Strong relationship-building skills and communication

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
