Who you are:

As a Treasury Management Sales Officer I, you will be responsible for developing new Treasury Management business, expanding existing relationships, and servicing customers. You will provide direction to assigned Implementation Officer to effect implementation of appropriate Treasury Management services in a timely and accurate manner with emphasis on meeting established implementation deadlines. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Meet or exceed the annual sales goal for Treasury Management Sales Officer I by proactively engaging with clients and delivering effective treasury management solutions
  • Develop prospective customer candidates by networking in day-to-day community activities, media reviews, and using other resources, while meeting weekly with assigned bankers and Treasury Management team members
  • Analyze the business needs of prospective and existing customers to create value propositions that meet their Treasury Management requirements. Generate sales of Treasury Management products and services and cross-sell other Frost products when appropriate
  • Meet with existing customers to ensure proper account servicing and identify opportunities to expand business relationships, utilizing flexible methods to meet customer needs effectively
  • Prepare sales presentations, explain services offered, and recommends those that offer the most value to the customer
  • Ensure that other company officers are knowledgeable about Treasury Management and related sales activities, and assist in promoting the Treasury Management Sales Program
  • Lead in assessing, identifying, and implementing Treasury Management products, in an a effective and timely matter
  • Maintain contact with counterparts in other treasury management organizations and study Treasury Management literature to stay current with trends and new developments
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and procedures relevant to Treasury Management products and services
  • Provide direction to the assigned Implementation Liaison to ensure timely and accurate implementation of Treasury Management services, with a focus on meeting established implementation deadlines, and back up other team members within your assigned region(s) when needed

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of treasury management operations and/or treasury management sales experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of treasury management operations and/or treasury management sales
  • Excellent sales and customer orientation
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and progress in the industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation from the Association of Financial Professionals
