On behalf of our Client a global pharmaceutical company, IQVIA is looking for a Junior Tender Specialist to lead accelerated, broad market and patient access for Company’s key brands.

The successful candidate will play a key role as part of the Value and Access team and will report directly into the Director Market Access, who in turns reports in solid line to the General Manager Italy and in dotted line to the Regional VP Head of Pricing, Access and Business Development Europe.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identification of public tender procedures and private offers of interest to Incyte Biosciences Italy Srl using regional portals (es. SINTEL, SAT-ER,SO.RE.SA. ecc) and CONSIP.
• Preparation of administrative, technical, and economic documentation for tenders.
• Monitoring and updating of the e-procurement portals of the Public Administration for participation in tender procedures and of the related supplier registers.
• Support for the issuing and for the release of provisional and definitive security deposits requested during the tender phase.
• Support in PEC management of the tender office of Incyte Biosciences Italy Srl.
• Support in updating of the Tender archive.
• Support the customer service activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Law Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Knowledge of the relevant legislation (Legislative Decree n. 36/2023) is a must.
• At least 1 year of experience in tendering procedures of pharmaceutical products.
• Passionate team player focusing on solutions and outcomes.
• Very strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset.
• Creativity and openness to new ideas as well as an affinity for analytical thinking.
• Solution oriented and task driven.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
