About Health & Wellness Non-Store Operations:
Our Central Fill team powers Walmart’s pharmacy services beyond the store, supporting retail and mail order operations across multiple states. We focus on optimizing prescription fulfillment, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional patient experiences. In this role, you’ll collaborate with pharmacy leaders, drive key initiatives, and help us set new standards in health and wellness.
What you'll do...

Oversee operational performance for Central Fill pharmacy services

Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA

Manage and mentor pharmacy managers, supervisors, and associates

Drive business growth, utilization, and cost optimization

Build relationships with retail pharmacies, providers, and vendor partners
What you’ll bring: -
Bachelor’s or PharmD and 4+ years’ pharmacy experience (2+ years in management)

Current, unrestricted Missouri pharmacist license (and ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed)

Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Experience in retail or mail order pharmacy (preferred)

Proven ability to drive operational and financial performance

The annual salary range for this position is $105,000.00 - $195,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
