Job Description

The Digital Marketing Email Specialist will be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical email initiatives to deliver best-in-class customer experience and measurable results. This individual will work with our Marketing, Distribution Intelligence, IT and Sales teams, serving as a subject matter expert on email best practices and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance based on data segmentation, content, and deliverability.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain email marketing tool to ensure data integrity and organization of assets. Coordinate with the Distribution Intelligence team to ensure proper data integration between Email Marketing Tool (Eloqua) and the CRM system (Salesforce).
• Design, create, test, and deploy best-in-class emails. Manage email deliverability to maintain favorable email reputation.
• Develop targeted data-driven, email nurture campaigns, and user journeys across channels. Generate, analyze, and report on email marketing data and optimize future campaigns.
• Support list-building, lead scoring, and other forms of CRM data processing to guide marketing efforts. Support digital marketing team as needed, including content management.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High degree of proficiency in HTML and Dreamweaver (or similar) required.
• Deep knowledge of B2B email marketing concepts and best practices related to email creation, campaigns, and analytics.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining GDPR/CAN-Spam compliance practices.
• Ability to analyze email performance, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience with marketing email platform, Eloqua (preferred), Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot.
• Experience in deliverability, inbox placement and email reputation.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in an environment of competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong principles of language and grammar required, along with strong proofreading skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

The salary range is $103,000 to $126,000.

The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.
