What You'll Do

  • Work closely with technical and business collaborators to develop and prioritize backlog, epics, projects, and initiatives. Align these with the technology organization’s goals and company strategic principles and objectives.
  • Work with Solution Architects, Producers, Scrum Masters, and Technical Directors to compose technical solutions and build our product-centered vision.
  • Define and elaborate the features for our engineering team, accommodating and leading the refinement of requirements, epics, and user stories while actively owning the products.
  • Encourage and motivate our engineering teams to deliver exciting new solutions with a sense of purpose.
  • Build and manage detailed roadmaps and timelines.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring our processes and products are always advancing.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in a technical role (software engineer, QA, analyst, etc.), product-focused role, or a relevant position demanding similar responsibilities and skills.
  • Experience in Technical Build and Requirements Engineering.
  • Solid knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies to drive efficient project execution.
  • Proficiency with JIRA or similar systems for managing backlogs and writing user stories.
  • Understanding of relational SQL databases and various normalization forms.
