Position Summary
As a Benefits Verification Supervisor, you will support the Enteral Nutrition department in by supervising the activities of subordinate staff and provide direction and guidance in work assignments.
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate a strong sense of accountability along with excellent attention to detail and time management skills, a strong service orientation and customer-focused attitude, and effective verbal and written communication abilities.

Provides timely coaching and feedback to staff.
Ensures work assignments are completed accurately, efficiently, and timely.
Ensures individual and team benchmarks are achieved.
Responsible for hiring, coaching, conducting performance appraisals and disciplining subordinate staff.
Provides guidance and leadership for staff to ensure employees are achieving customer satisfaction through effective communication, problem solving, professional phone etiquette and efficient processes.
Resolves patient/customer complaints by identifying problems and coordinating appropriate corrective action.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and protocols.
Performs quality control checks on subordinate staff.
Identifies errors and inconsistencies to established procedures and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.
Maintain ongoing clear and transparent communication with other departments and entities within the organization, fostering cooperation and alignment across teams.
Troubleshoots problems.
Acts as a resource to subordinate staff to resolve both customer inquiries and issues.
Complies with and adheres to all regulatory compliance areas, policies and procedures and "best practices."
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
This is a full-time, permanent, salaried benefited position and is NOT through an agency. Typical work hours for this role are Monday – Friday, between 8:00AM-5:00 PM Central Time, with some after hours and weekend work required.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with one year in a lead or supervisory capacity
Call center experience
Basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
Home Infusion or durable medical equipment (DME) experience
In depth knowledge of payor types, billing and collections systems
Education
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required
Associate degree preferred
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$40,600.00 - $87,500.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

$43,888.00 - $76,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
