The Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) organization is driving the transformation of HP into a digital brand. As a Senior Software Architect in CSS, you will be part of a talented architecture team supporting the digital transformation of HP’s systems of experience and business operations. You enjoy working with other experts committed to making excellent SW, and you appreciate clarity of mission and our shared commitment to SW development excellence. Your ability to understand large and complex systems that touch every part of a customer journey will ensure we are building the right capabilities in the right way to not only grow our existing businesses, but also set us up for our future growth. You have strong experience in cloud and software architecture and are excited for the ability to grow your expertise across systems operating at huge scale with a global footprint.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $137,000 -- $211,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
