About The Role:

CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr. Manager, SLED Tech Strategy, to join us within the Chief Technology Office (CTO) office.

Our CTO organization includes a team of highly skilled Product, Field and Public Sector CTO leaders that bring outstanding ideas, the ability to execute, and teamwork to a strategic, high-impact organization. This role will interface with multiple state, local and education (SLED) customers in the spirit of pushing CrowdStrike’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) and enterprise-to-consumer fraud detection capabilities forward. This person will be responsible for working with sales to land new deals, position products and research and development (R&D) efforts forward, to ensure alignment across teams.

This role reports to the Global Public Sector CTO.

What You'll Do:

With your experience in the federal government, you will work closely with internal partners to:

  • Drive strategic CJIS initiatives forward, including customer onboarding and optimizing processes to scale across various states

  • Partner with sales to develop a go-to-market strategy to best capitalize on CrowdStrike’s unique capabilities and compliance levels, targeting the SLED customer base

  • Work intimately with internal teams, to include the Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) team, HR Services, Legal, Engineering, IT and various other entities–to ensure alignment on requirements to exceed customer expectations

  • Work with SLED customers to expand fraud detection capabilities based on the CrowdStrike security platform

  • Work closely with others in the CTO organization to include the Field CTO and Product CTO organizations, in the spirit of bidirectional alignment

What You’ll Need:
This individual must be able to work in a fast paced matrixed organization environment, requiring strong communication and analytical skills to be successful. The individual must have a proficient understanding of CJIS–understanding what it is, how its executed. The ideal candidate also has experience in fraud detection based on various data types.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $110,000 - $215,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
