The successful candidate will work as a member of the HRMS (Human Resource Management Systems) team within the Corporate Human Resources department. The primary focus of this position is data accuracy, administration, and internal customer support for HR and Recruiting users of Workday.
Supports internal HCM (Human Capital Management) and Recruiting users with questions and issues
Reviews, approves, audits and corrects data changes, compensation changes, hires, terminations, etc.
Completes task reassignments, delegations, bulk supervisor changes, etc.
Tests reports, job aids, upgrades, and business process updates for production readiness
Creates/maintains new supervisory organizations, cost centers and system accounts
Maintains accuracy/cleanliness of organizational chart, pre-hires, email addresses and open positions
Maintains accurate personnel files and completes other administrative tasks as assigned
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience: 1-2 years administrative support experience, preferably in a Human Resources environment
Previous administrative level use of Workday a plus
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills; excellent attention to detail; desire to learn
Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Ability to communicate effectively in two-way verbal and written communications
