We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Québec plant, working the day shift from Sunday to Wednesday.

The Warehouse Supervisor plans, directs, and controls the center’s activities to ensure timely distribution of dairy products to distributor agents and various distribution centers, based on a stable product supply.

• Salary range 004: $71,200 to $89,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)

What’s involved in this role:

As Warehouse Supervisor, your main responsibilities will include:

• Enforcing and ensuring compliance with company procedures and methods related to health and safety, as well as collective agreement provisions

• Managing staff activities to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction, and to meet the quantitative and qualitative goals of the operations action plan

• Running operations efficiently by analyzing established performance indicators (SQCDME)

• Overseeing goods reception, stock and inventory management (physical adjustments, cooler waste, expiration, FIFO, etc.)

• Supervising a team of 6 office technicians

• Identifying bottlenecks that reduce operational efficiency (request analysis, production plan optimization, supply, shipping, and transport)

• Actively participating in end-of-month inventory activities (Before–During–After)

• Leading team meetings

• Analyzing and resolving work-related issues or helping employees solve problems they encounter

• Promoting a positive work environment by continuously improving engagement and teamwork

What you need to join our team:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor in a unionized manufacturing environment

• Experience in inventory management and analysis;

• Proficiency in MS Office;

• Knowledge of SAP (an asset);

• Availability for day shifts: Sunday to Wednesday, 4 x 10-hour days, with occasional coverage on other shifts

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (English required to work with colleagues from other Canadian provinces)
