A Product Manager Jr. will support the Brand Manager in the development and execution of brand strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand success.

Your Responsibilities:     

This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:

  • Assist in the implementation of brand strategies, support the creation of business cases for new product development and product enhancements, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for improving product performance.

  • Assist in the management of product launches, including planning, execution, and post-launch analysis.

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional and non-promotional activities, developing marketing materials, product collateral, and sales tools to support product positioning and sales efforts.

  • Analyze customer feedback to inform product development and improvement to help stakeholders and key customers to understand current performance and market trends.

  • Analyze brand performance metrics and generate reports to track brand KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or Life Sciences.

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • English proficiency.
