Sunnova Energy is searching for a Revenue Management Specialist (RMS) to ensure that our customers receive accurate, timely, and informative bills, and drive the team’s efficiency and accuracy. In addition to standard RM tasks and functions, this team is responsible for executing billing, payment processing, updating payment results, resolving customer questions or problems, assisting in collection activities, and resolving billing exceptions/cases.
 
RM Specialist will be a primary point of contact for our team. This position requires excellent communication, strong analytical skills, leadership skills, sound judgment, and an ability to learn the intricacies of utility-billing. This position will need to take initiative developing relationships with other departments to find information for customer questions, following up when necessary; and overall creating a positive relationship with the customer.
