As a Brand Manager, you will:   

  • Support the Applied Materials visual ID with employees and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing teams, clients, and senior management to ensure brand alignment.
  • Create visual elements and designs and layouts for a variety of media. Direct outside designers and agency partners when needed.
  • Manage projects through various stages of development.
  • Conduct research to understand how the brand is resonating with target audiences and to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Building brand awareness:  Work to build brand awareness and propel the company towards its mission and vision. 
  • Help to create brand awareness strategies that resonate with target audiences and ensure that branding is consistent across all campaigns and advertising. 

As a Brand Ambassador Community Manager, you will: 

  • Be an ambassador for Applied Materials on social media, helping to bring forward the company’s vision, mission and values.
  • Build and maintain Applied’s brand's community — both online and offline. The job requires engaging audiences on social media platforms, as well as internal platforms to reach all audiences where they are.
  • Manage the brand ambassador program structure and develop strategies to build and maintain program momentum.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members of the social ambassador community to create a sense of belonging.
  • Continuously evolve the ambassador program with education that will empower and motivate the ambassadors.
  • Create engaging text, image and video content that can be shared within the program.

  • Project management skills: The ability to meet deadlines and manage project timelines 
  • Professionalism: A positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve 
  • Collaboration: The ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the regions and within the larger organization
  • Curiosity:  A desire to understand and know more about complex technologies, willingness to dig deeper into complicated concepts to simplify the story for a broader audience
  • Confident with the use of social media and other media platforms
  • Comfortable speaking to large internal teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business
  • 4-7 years of B2B digital marketing experience
  • Excellent sense of design, composition, and aesthetics
  • Experience working in a multinational corporation

Role includes:

  • Working with agencies, internal business groups and regions across the world
  • Consulting with outside vendors and developing relationships with company stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other teams; Working closely with key stakeholders and other company content creators, technology experts, graphic designers 
  • Keeping up with trends: Monitoring and reporting on industry trends and best practices

U.S. Salary Range:

$156,000.00 - $214,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
